We’ve had a great growing season and we’re nearing the finish line! This lingering warm weather into November has yielded a good amount of fall growth on our “good ones” so we’ve been busy tumbling, cleaning and sorting on the farm. Our weekly harvests have yielded some beautiful oysters that are going to our wholesale accounts, and direct to you-our wonderful consumers. This time of year is personally my favorite time of year to enjoy oysters, so we’ll be keeping them coming for everyone’s enjoyment for a few more weeks until we call it a season!
